1. Custom Shaders Patch (CSP) – Hidden Features

CSP does much more than just improve graphics; it rewrites the game's engine.

Extended Physics: Allows mods to use real rain physics and tire deformation (tyre flex).

NeckFX: Simulates the driver's head movement (G-forces). When set up correctly, it helps you focus on the apex of the corner more naturally.

2. Best Mod Studios (Payware & Freeware)

RSS (Race Sim Studio): The undisputed kings of Formula cars. Their hybrid systems (ERS/MGU-K) are often more complex and realistic than those from official developers.

VRC (Virtual Racing Cars): Specialists for prototypes (LMP) and legendary historic racing cars.

UVM (United Virtual Motorsport): The best source for GT3 updates and Balance of Performance (BoP) adjustments for private leagues.

3. Graphics Tuning (Pure & Post-Processing)

Pure Config: Adjust the "Light Bounce" and "Skydome" settings. A well-configured Pure filter ensures that shadows aren't just black but contain reflected light from the environment. This is the key to the "photorealistic" look.

PP-Filters: Always use a modern Post-Processing filter like C13 Aegis or Pure Candy to get the most out of the new lighting engine.
